How Do I Lower High Blood Sugar?
14/07/10
As a type 2 diabetic who is not on insulin I watch my diet closely but sometimes that doesn’t seem to be enough, just wondering if anyone out there has some golden answer for lowering high blood sugar.
Im a male, 33 yrs old, type 2 diabetic.
I very rarely run "high", I closesly monitor my sugar/carb intake.
However, Im wondering how low can it go before it can cause trouble, and what side effects of running low will I experience?
Im not trying to run low, my eating habits tend to go lower. I will have some granola during the course of the day, but I really have to watch my carb intake.
I was just wanting to know what is safe, and what is not.

I am a type 2 Diabetic. I have prescription meds, but I have recently read about supplements you can take that claim to lower blood glucose. If you have taken them can you let me know how they effected you? I am not the average type 2, I am 5′3 and 105 pounds, I am extremely insulin resistant, I would like to hear from someone in a similar situation. Please do not tell me hearsay, I want genuine first hand experience.
