I have checked by blood sugar early morning it was 120. I had one litre of water and did walking for one hour. After walking my sugar level is 130. Usually doctors suggest walking to reduce the blood sugar level but in my case I did not understand why it was increased. Can anyone explain this.
I have used ACCU-CHEK Active glucometer to check my sugar level.

my ankles and wrists are swollen and my blood sugar level is 238, how dangerous is this. I also have high blood pressure.

elements in eucalyptus that can lower the blood sugar level?

I have been trying to lose weight and decided to monitor my blood sugar level. It has ranged anywhere from 67-97. Does not seem to matter if I fast or eat. Does this fall in the "normal range"?

I was just curious what my blood sugar level was. So i took a reading and it said it was at 277. This was about 10 minutes after eating chicken and about 3 cookies. Then i started to read about the normal levels being around 70-120. And to test again after about 1 or 2 hours. So i’ll wait about another hour. But i still thought that 277 for my reading was pretty high.
Should i be worried about anything?

I am 17 years old and male. I haven’t been diagnosed with diabetes. I often feel tired, lightheaded and dizzy and want to feel better.

What are some ways to control my blood sugar level naturally to prevent these symptoms?

Please help.

Cheers.

Okay, so I’ve experienced tingling in both my hands and feet today; and the last few days, it has been my hands. I thought it might be low iron or vitamin B3….so I’m taking those each day, but that hasn’t solved it. So I’m planning to probably go to the doctor on Monday, which is about the quickest it’s going to happen. I probably need a blood test for blood cell count, iron level, blood sugar level, etc. Does it hurt a lot when they draw the blood?
Also, how long does this take? I’ve read some stuff about you have to fast about 8+ hours before the test. Then they do a zero-level sample blood draw. Then you drink some orange drink and wait like 2 or 3 hours, and they may take multiple samples during that time. Is this normal?
